About Rob

Part of the leasing team at Tysons Corner Center during its redevelopment from a 1-story mall to a 2-story mall. Co-founder and Owner of a successful retail and restaurant design and construction for 13 years. Seasoned developer of commercial properties, retail stores and restaurants. With partners acquired four grocery-anchored retail centers in three states, valued at over $30 million and raised $10 million in required equity. Real estate broker's licenses in Virginia and Maryland. And an odd-ball fun fact, Rob teaches Taekwondo for free to children and adults who would not otherwise be able to afford it.

Facade Renovation | S2 Bryans Road Associates purchased this center in 2015, specifically with the purpose of renovating the façade to enhance the shoppers’ experience. In addition, the new owners installed all new parking lot lighting and new landscaping islands.
